ELECTRIC VEHICLE MEET!
Saturday 25 September outside Kidlington Methodist Church
Our electric vehicle event, held at Kidlington on Saturday drew in the crowds and it was great to share an Eco Church event with our friends from the Circuit.
Toilet-Twinning project The Junior Church planned to raise 240GBP to twin a church toilet with a toilet block in the developing world, with a sponsored walk around Farmoor Reservoir. It costs 60GBP to twin to a single toilet, 240GBP to twin with a block. The walk took place and we congratulate everyone on raising more than double the target : 524.35GBP! This is enough money to twin five of our toilets with latrines in Democratic Republic of Congo and, to twin the toilets off the main hall with a school block in Malawi.
